While Dinners in a Dash began as in-home personal chef service mostly preparing dinners, we’ve always been focused on healthful eating.
For the past fifteen years, Chef Mary has focused on clients with special diets. She now brings those skills to your youngest eaters. As a mother of a “choosy eater”, Mary knows how to keep food separated and mix in the healthy stuff without being too obvious.
Please notice on each menu page, the ingredients we use are simple and healthy. Much of our shopping is done at Your Dekalb Farmers Market, so we might see you in the aisles!
All of our lunch and salad boxes are compostable.
